Corrected issue that could occur when the File Trailer contains the Record Delimiter. This issue caused an Error 22 in the Alto Onco module and possibly others.
Also found issue that under one rare case that the position in the file was lost by the windows file system. Rewrote this section to avoid the windows bug. This issue caused an Error 22 in Medinotes E module and possibly others.

X-Link Class
Added functionality to allow errors on a Read/Get function to allow for retry or abort if necessary. Affected RxCure and others.
Corrected issue with verifying registrations on PiggyBackDemos included with bills that do not contain a provider code. Affected SOAPware modules and others.
All delays to retry tasks when data not ready or receiver not ready occurred were changed from 15 minutes to 5 minutes.
